Dehumidified Air

Dehumidified air below 20% RH prevents the condensation from mold surface and ensures the stable quality and reduces the percentage of defective products.

PID temperature controller to ensure the precision temperature within ± 0.5℃ tolerance.
The outlet temperature of dehumidified air can be set by required.
Special drainage device is designed to drain condensation water automatically, eliminating dripping and trouble of cleaning condensation water.
The mold dehumidifiers are suitable for cooled mold injection such as PET preform. Dehumidified air below 20% RH prevents the condensation from mold surface and ensures the stable quality and reduces the percentage of defective products.
The mold dehumidifiers are also suitable for molding machine of low temperature required such as bag molding .It provides 8-15℃ air to shorten the cycle time and increase productivity & competition.
